The Valtronics Model 2011 is a portable CO2 monitor designed for use in indoor air quality (IAQ) montoring.
In addition to CO2, the unit also measures temperature, dew point, wet bulb temperature and humidity.

In all crops, carbon dioxide enrichment will increase the rate of CO2 uptake (photosynthesis) allowing for accelerated plant growth. Controlling and monitoring the concentration using a CO2 gas monitor improves the growth rate and quality of plant development.

The result of both higher CO2 concentration and better light interception provides a huge increase of initial growth in young plants. An increase in these two factors 
transposes into more/bigger leaves and taller/heavier plants. 

This process must be carefully monitored to be sure the CO2 gas levels do not rise too high or the plants growth can be stunted or damaged.

The Valtronics Model 2156 is a non-dispersive infrared gas monitor designed as a fully functional stand-alone unit for the continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide. The optical system is not affected by humidity. The diffusion gas cell is not affected by variations in relative humidity from 0 to 95%. It has a .56" high digital readout and two adjustable level detect circuits with associated front panel indicators (amber and red) and SPDT relay contacts. Uses 120 or 240 VAC.
The VALTRONICS Model 6289WTP is a non-dispersive infrared carbon dioxide monitor for use as an indoor air quality sensor. It produces a control signal proportional to carbon dioxide concentration. This control signal is then used to provide remote control of the outdoor air dampers, thereby controlling the fresh air intake or varying the ventilation rates while still maintaining safe indoor air quality. It is housed in a tamper-proof enclosure with a lock and key. Requires 24VAC or 24VDC.
